I have a 1995 heritage softail, I got it used about a year ago and the exhaust slip-on had raddled in it so I got set off e-bay and the bike started popping, more it was popping from the start and seem to level out at about 70mph. so purchased a dynojet kit the bike runs great now but the popping seem to have got worst, I checked the plug reading and it seems correct, is it normal for Harleys to pop during deceleration, the slip on's seems to be near straight through? Any ideas or suggestions

Did you check all the fittings in the exhaust? If you have a loose connection somewhere it can cause popping. What do your plugs look like, are the whitish gray or black and sooty?

From your vague description it sounds like you hasd a cough or spit out the air cleaner that got cleaned up with the jet kit and you are describing a second popping concern on decel. If your pipes are straight through, it is very possible that you will experience a great deal of popping on decel. This does not mean you are jetted incorrectly, it has to do with the air going back into the exhaust combusting with the fuel being drawn out of the carb on decel.
