I was having issues with the same codes popping up on my 09 street glide. The bike would go into limp mode and I would have to reset the codes before it would work right again. I changed the twist grip sensor, cleaned the pins on the ECM and the connector on the throttle body. None of these helped, I started pulling fuses from the fuse box one at a time and found that nearly all of them had white corrosion (bad) and some had soot as if they had burned. I cleaned them all up, reinstalled and codes finally cleared, bike runs fantastic now. Have put nearly 200 miles on it since and no issues. I obtained a harley service bulletin from a local non HD shop and it talks about all of these steps not including the fuse box. My bike is not under warranty and I didnt want to start changing $500 parts just because the dealer recommended it. There is a known problem, but Harley just doesnt want everyone to know about it unless they ask, then they are pretty vague. Hope this helps.
