Enigine light
Came home from Sturgis last Sun. and noticed my engine light was on bike an great.This came on between gas fillups and after the last fill up it stayed off the red key light allso came on for a short period of time but went away by the second fillup.Looked at it today and the engine light comes just like allways when you first turn ign on and then goes out then comes back on for a few secs then stays off.Does this mean it set a code and how do I figure out what code it is?

Security system was removed before I purchased bike,can it be re-installed?I have no key fob or no idea what was removed (security ).I ran the diagnostic and got P-1010 which is missing password also got U-1255 =serial data error so I geuss this all has to do with the security system.Have had bike for 5 yrs and never had any of this happened.SO YES I AM LOST
