Default No Fire...
Howdy all. I have a 1990 FXR. A while back, I was riding down the highway and my voltage regulator went out. It spiked real high and blew out a lot of my electronics. I've replaced the voltage regulator, the coil, the battery, and I've replaced the original ignition module with a dyna s. I am still not getting any spark in the plugs. The bike will crank, but no fire. Any ideas what else could be causing this? On the coil there are two posts. One gets the hot wire from the ignition and the white wire from the dyna s. The other post gets the blue wire from the dyna s and there is another wire there too. Does anyone know where this other wire leads to? Please help. I need to get my scoot running again.

Well you need to follow the voltage Start at the battery then fuses the any curcuit breakers all the way ti the coil.

I'm getting power from the battery at the coil when the key is on.

You have an issue at the module but I'm not familiar with that one. Post this question in the evo forum. Not many look in here.
