Default SERT or DFI????

OK... gonna do AC and Rushslipons,07 Roadglide and don't plan on any other changes, just want the "sound" and performance of this 96" to work for me....DFI? will it work or should I go for the SERT$$? All input will be welcome...Was considering a PCIII but to many negatives with the 07s...

Don't make the same costly mistake some of us have made. Spend the money and do it right.

SERT is the way to go

My DFO works great. I have installed/tuned them on other's bikes and always had good results.

If that is all you plan on doing (Yeah, right....!), go with the SERF (Race Fueler) or DFO (Gen III)....

If, further down the road (and this will happen, it always does), INVEST in the SERT......

The SERT will GROW with the bike, and it is updateable as well, with new maps, updated maps, updated data acquisition modes, etc.....

...and once you install it it's on your bike for good, hope the next owner wants a bike with a mod like that....and god help you if you start tweaking it and get in over your head and end up as one of the dozens begging someone on the forums for help...

If you decide you want to do more, you can take the DFO off (which returns your bike to bone stock) and sell it on ebay. So far I haven't had the "itch" to hook my bike up to a computer and screw it up.

There are lots of guys running some pretty stout 95" bikes with DFO's on them.

SERT. Be wise with your money because if the DFO doesn't work on the 07 you will be out of $$$, blame will occur between HD and DFO people and you will end up buying the SERT anyway. Trust me when I say that there is something a little different with the 07's.

I purchased a PC which had issues with 07, then had to buy a SERT. Learn from what I know now...

I've yet to read on post were someone removedSERT fromtheir 07 due to problems or tuning issues and switched toasimilar EFI system (might be a wide band conversion but that would be an upgrade). Do you really want toeliminate your O2 sensors and down grade your systemjust to save a few bucks.

Buy once and be done.
