Default Speed Sensor? Speedometer?
At 1st, the problem was intermittent. After start up, sometimes the speedo wouldn't work so I'd restart it sometimes a few times until it started working. Now, no speedo or speedo light or 6 speed light. Do you think it's the speed sensor or, the speedo itself?

It could be either. Does the needle sweep when you turn the ignition on or does it stay still? Do any of the lights turn on? There is a speedo test module that can be hooked up that will run it through some tests.

It pretty much stays still. Maybe twitches a little but, it doesn't sweep. There are lights until it's started and running then nothing.

Plugged in a different speedo, nothing. Changed out the speed sensor and still nothing. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad ground or no 12V feed to the speedo....

Did you check the 15Amp accessory fuse?

Did you check the 15Amp accessory fuse?
It's lighting up in run mode and not lighting up or moving after it's been started so, it's getting power in run mode but, not after it starts.

For sure the neutral light is working. I can't recall about the oil pressure light and I'm not near the bike right now.

You might check if the pins in the speedometer 12-place Packard connector at the back of speedometer are making proper contact.
