Even with the most simple tuning device you need to know something about tuning. There are devices where others will say you can use the "library" file or a "canned" or "I have a file for that".
Issue is, each bike breaths differently and each calibration will be different to optimize one bike to another so even if you get a clone calibration that is close it may help your bike but it will always be better if calibrated to "your" bike.
You can use one of the XIED products. They are inexpensive and all you do is plug them in. They are not a full blown "tuner". They are a fuel enrichment device.

They get the job done and work great if all you are doing is a stage 1 upgrade. As said before, they are not tuners, so if you are wanting to do cam work or head work, this is not the product for you.
