the accelerater pump and the enrichener in comination results ina super enriched situation, which is what is fouling up my plugs and causing the cylinder to miss.

i hope.
You are right this causes plugs to foul... if jets are correct you shouldn't need enrichener if outside temp is above 60ºF
first check that float level is correct, check jets with open exhaust and S&S own aircleaner jets should be around intermedia #295-300 and main #66-68
idle speed adjustment, turn it 1000-1200rpm ( warm engine) then start adjustment by instuction.

well, i believe i had a pretty bad intake manifold leak.. fixed that, now its doing much better. but it still seems like the one cylinder is backfiring, where the otherone is fine. turn down the a/f ratio, and the opposite cylinder is to lean. so it seems like the 2 cylinders arent jiving. i cleaned the plugs, i have some new ones on the way.. along with wires. im hoping that does it..

the jet's are whatever comes with the s&s made for the stock xlh.. which is what my bike is..

ill get the new plugs/wires on, try it again and report back here.

man i really want to get some time on this bikebefore it gets too cold.
