i hadnt really been online for a long time much and when i started getting back on and coming in here i noticed pinion is not around......just wondering.....hope he is just out riding...
i rode about 350 miles rt last sunday.coming back in the late afternoon it was around 104F i guess.in some spots it felt like i was riding through an oven.sorta like sticking your head in an oven and turn a fan on feeling.i wear a long sleeve lightweight pullover to ride even in summer so i dont fry.i guess we all know our own weather and make the best of it.
you guys are lucky too though.you guys got snowmobiles and dog sleds.i would dog sled everywhere if i lived up there.
Yeah I was sitting here today (Tuesday) at lunch and watching the news and weather.
At that time it was 66° up in Amarillo.
Here in Houston it is 96° at the same time!
Come on October!

Snow suits, sleds, and Studded tires! YES! even here in PA its fun fun fun! haha. i dont mind winter. i heat with wood, so my house stays 90 degrees F. all winter long! haha. Keeps the roof of the house good N melted off as well!
Also gives a guy a chance to clean and maintenence his bike during the winter when its un-rideable! I think imma buy a gallon drum of polish and make my bike perdy for next year! keep the fires goin in the house and in the garage and have fun! Not to mention, cuttin more wood in the winter. i hate cuttin wood in the summer, or scavenging it. i always find bee's nests in the logs (just as i did today...grrrr)
Winter! Aaaghck! I'm not ready! The county fair is almost over so I know its on its way. On my way to work this mornin' it was 46° time to brace ourselves! Hopefully by this tome next year I'll be riding to work....in South Carolina!
