Whats up fellow Iron Headers, This is Diablo from Flint, Michigan. I took on a chopper project in December of "2010" mimicing a frame structure of a 2008 pocho front end and blowing the rear out to a 250/260. Ive been tinkering this 77 Iron head to death and chose to run dry clutchs and an open primary- but am having some issues in the primary fluid leakage department. ( an Iron head leak? crazy right...) can anyone tell me how much fluid "bare minimal" the trans needs??? excluding what would be in the case seeing im open?

What kind of transmission trapdoor you have ? do you have seal gear lever axle ? are you sure that you have -77 engine without transfer valve in crankcase ?
