WY says "punch me in the face and you get a kick to the groin": link
Not sure this will play out well. If all of the other states are trending towards phasing out ICE vehicles by that time, I am not sure that one of the least populated states will drive the market share to continue manufacturing ICE vehicles.
I am skeptical about this whole phase out of ICE vehicles by 2030/2035 anyway.. just find it funny that WY thinks they have the economic pull to stop it.
Props to Wyoming for not pushing this bad science decision of switching to ev's. Sure when operating the ev is more "green" but thats the extent of it. Production of the batteries, keeping the batteries charged and disposal of the batteries surely is not. I hope other states try to move forward without falling victim to technology thats not well thought out or worse designed to line the pockets of people with no conscience. Man do I sound naive.
Sad people want the government to tell them how to live. Seems big government liberal. So people need to do some soul searching, and come out of the closet.
who needs a lithium ion battery when you can have one of these.............kinda like when the first lighting on vehicles were calcium carbide and water....they found a better way to do it

China will claim to have a better example and then sell junk that pollutes - people buy on cost and not whats the best -
the Govt here want to establish an industrial tech hub here in NSW that will manufacture the batterys here in OZ...hopefully they can get it up as we are sick of companies using technology developed in Australia then using this globalisation crap to manufacture overseas . its probably the thing that most annoys us all and iam sure contributes to social upheaval in countries all over the world to see your jobs exported so the company shareholders maximise their wealth to the detriment of decent hard working folk
We have two wells producing a tremendous quantity of oil and gas. A third will be drilled and in production in about a year. There is plenty of dinosaur juice to last far beyond our lifetimes.
