Any answer to this question would be purely conjecture. You could do some research to see when Twin Cam crate engines were offered first, but that won't mean HD will do the same this time.

Similar to GM today. Allowing the next generation Camaro to support the same engine the Vette does is w/o a doubt a major deviation in mindsets. For in the past the Vette was King. Now it has it's own in-house competition.
