nope, you answered it..using Amsoil in your trans and primary reduced your engine temps by whatever validation you performed to draw that conclusion..10-4, thanks

Did you use an actual temperature sensing device? Or just placebo *** gauge?

Funny, Magic oil and oil cooler Fans are both tested, certified, and justified by the same test tools and methods.

Combine them both with a pinch of slick-50 and your engine will run as cool as a freezer and live forever and ever and for the evers forever ever. FACT BIYCHES!

As stated in your other thread, your SOL unless Thundermax can handle it for you. It's built into the factory ECM for control and that now gone for you.

Might be able to wire it for manual control on an accessory switch....

Does anyone have the Oil Cooler Fan and a FP3?
I was hoping you could share your FP3 map, so I don't have to pay the dealer to enable the fan with the Digital Tech computer.

If that will even work????

wont work.. can only be enabled via the Digital Tech Computer.. I have both FP3 and SEPST. Also, bear in mind that if you do flash a new map to the ECM you might overide the newly enabled fan. Depends on the map being loaded. By default that setting is disabled from the factory. I have flashed new maps a few times and have had to go back to HD to re-enable the fan option via digital tech. So check that the fan is working immediately after flashing anything.
