They Found This in My Oil Pump

The piston oiling jets are in the crankcase below the base of the pistons. He said its one of the two screws that hold them onto the wall of the case. If it backed out it falls into the case where the oil pump scavenged the oil and picks it up. That's how it got in there and took out the rotor teeth

That is the problem I see. Anything that falls into cam galley pretty much stays there. The pickup for the return side of the pump is over in the flywheel side of the case. The pump pressure side intake is in the oil bag under the transmission
That is possible.

I find that very strange. did you find that bolt, or did they? where was it found? in the oil pan or stuck inside the oil pump? at first it sounds like you found it, took a picture of it, and are now on your way to take it back to the dealer.. but your title says they found it. confusing.. not sure what the real story is. if there is one..
He also posted over on HTT....
According to his post over there, he was at FuelMoto getting a cam installed. FuelMoto found the screw in the oil pump, cam installation was halted, and he towed it to his dealer.....

Fuel Moto found it. I was there yesterday. Had to abort my New Cam install and bring the bike back to Westland, Mi.
