What's the forums thoughts on the Lowest Cost Options to get to 100 HP . I'm planning For a 2018 Limited , V&H Slip Ons . I Don't care about EPA regs. I Don't want to void the warranty of course, Can a Stage 2 get me there ?
looks like the Screaming Eagle Stage II with a proper Dyno Tune will get you there and keep your warranty..if you don't care about EPA then no problem aftermarket, but bye bye warranty

That reads like this to me........
I don't care about my marriage. I don't want to loose my wife of course, can a hooker get me there?
Numbers don't mean jack! My Vic 106, full stage 1 with a Dyno tune from Coastal Victory makes more HP and TQ than my 17 RKS with full Stage 1 and a Fuel Moto Tune, however! The RKS will out pull the Vic off idle and most of the usable powerband. The only place the Vic will show the power is high up in the rpm band, where you rarely spend alot of time. It's more about how/when the powerband comes on and for how long than just the numbers. You say you don't care about the EPA reg's but don't want to void your warranty, well the 2 are not mutually exclusive----

The V&H slip ons will reduce what you'd get with other slip ons (eg Rinehart, SE) but with a catless header and a quality dyno tune with a non EPA tuner, you can get 100 HP with the power cam option and a heavy breather.
The Torque cam is superior in my book because it provides what you really need - more usable Torque at revs you ride at the most. Mine got 97 HP 109 TQ so the power cam would push up your max HP to where you want it.
That said, and as others have mentioned, dyno numbers are all very well but rideability should be the priority rather than an arbitrary figure of 100 HP.
My thoughts are why do you want to hit 100HP? If the bike runs great, at whatever HP, why do you need a sheet with a number on it? Ego?
It's just a goal number, I'd rather have 110 hp. I rode a friends CVO , and vs. my 103 SG , it was just more fun & a blast to ride. . I said I don't care about EPA stuff only because I feel they've went way over board. If I can do something to UnChoke the bike, why wouldn't I ??
