Primary & transmission levels are good, I spoke to the service manager the other day about this & he agreed with me that the consumption was excessive, asked me to run it another 500 miles & check level & if its still consuming at this rate to bring it in for them to investigate further. So far I've only managed a couple of hundred miles & its sitting at 1 square below the F mark.
I hope this helps but I found that mine needs to be fully warm, and then let it idle on the side stand for at least three minutes before checking the dipstick for engine oil level. If you check it before this magic three minutes it will read one or two notches low from Hot full.
Maybe try idling a touch longer, make sure you are on level ground and be sure your engine has been out for a decent run before checking the oil.

After a run of at least 20 mins, I let it idle on the side stand for a couple of mins & then cut the motor & let it sit for another couple of mins before checking. Next time i'll let it idle a little longer before checking.

The longer you let the bike idle the more the oil pump has a change to remove the oil from the crankcase, this will in effect "mask" the sumping issue if you have one. You need to know if there's excessive oil in the sump to begin with, there never should be more than 6 ounces. I would shut the bike off immediately and check. Tom me the whole idea is to identify a problem if there is one that way you can get it covered while you still have a warranty.

Right, when I let mine idle it pumped out the crank and I magically had to much oil, where the previous day I was low.
The bike is home. They replaced the seal to the primary and the transmission with newly designed versions.
The engine runs much cooler finally, I guess that will happen when you aren't always 1 1/2 quarts low. The primary is also much much cooler and I can pop into N with ease. Shifting is also very very smooth now. Thankfully there is no visible engine damage according to the mechanic.
I couldn't put more than 50 miles on it so far. Hopefully its fixed for good.
