M8 stage IV, HD SE8-515 cam. Bottom end (below 3k) sucks. Between these, what cam would you go with and why? TTS-200 (TTS), WM8-222 (Woods), WM8-777 (Woods)? Has anyone heard the Woods cams in a M8? Are they annoyingly loud?
So, the cam is not ideal for use in the 17' M8 with 114 kit? Thank you for your assistance.
Its great in the Stage III or IV 114 kits! In the Stage III kit application it does require valve springs. It will not fit in the 2018 114 stock engines without valve springs and piston clearance. It does give up a little HP (~3)above 5500 RPM to other cams but none of them can match the Torque output from idle to 5500! So if your looking for the high RPM HP output it may not be what your looking for.
