Default Lowering kit with ohlins

Hey, all. Anyone has tried to lower the rear on your m8? I have Ohlins 2a-2a in the back. I’m planning on using Tamarak drop kit.
Already using mustang lowered solo seat.

Thanks

I'm running DK's kit on my 17 RKS. 14" Pro Action shocks with 1" lowering blocks.

Sits about 5/8" higher than stock unladen but I have an extra 2" of travel

No issues with the blocks at all.

If you did not buy the tamarak kit yet, I have a set in my garage that came off my 17 SGS. I went with Howards 039 ohlins and did not need the lowering kit.
Send me a PM if you want the drop kit on the cheap.

Thanks for offering. Is there is clearance issue on your ohlins with the tamarack?

No clearance issues, bags clear as promised by Tamarak. The factory shock did not have any rider sag at all. I'm 5'2" and weigh 135 lbs. I needed the 1" drop kit with the factory shocks so I could get my feet on the ground.
After I installed the Ohlins I was able to get 1" rider sag so I did not need the drop kit anymore. I only had the factory shocks for a couple of months so the drop kit brackets look like new.
