Default Opinions on Tour Paks

Anyone familiar with the quality of Tour Paxx and/or Advanblack tour paks? How do they compare with Harley's? Any recommendations on aftermarket tour paks? Thx.

I have had a Advanblack for over a year now and am very happy with it. Color match is spot on and it doesn't come off the bike. All HD parts bolt right onto it. There are gonna be the folks who are gonna jump in here and say the HD is thicker, better, blah blah blah. But for less than half of a HD unit I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

There is no comparison between advan black and oem when it comes to a tour pack. I had an advan unit and I was satisfied with it. It seemed kinda flimsy but functioned as it should and paint was decent. I then bought an oem and it's not even close as far as structural integrity. Just my .02

I ordered my tour pack and all its set up from board tracker Harley, it cost pretty close to what advanblack was going to cost me, heard a few complaints on latches etc so went with Harley. I am happy and have not had any issues with it.

If harley would make extended bags that looked good, I'd go with them. I dont like them. They look like they thought...."hmm lets make extended bags, but dont actually extend them so they wrap around the mufflers"
