Chain drive looks cool, no doubt. Sure do like the low/no maintenance of a belt.

OP whatever you do don't cheap out on the chain if you are determined to go that way, I ran the high end Tsubaki Oring chains ( $$$ ) , best life and lowest maintenance I ever found and I wrestled chain bikes 3 decades.

I get it. I haven't pulled the trigger yet. There's a chance I might be at 135-140 hp/lbs with this build. I'll educate myself more before my final decision. I will definitely look at that chain though. Thanks for the input. And, I'm not too worried about price per say, I get what I want for the most part. Got a lot of money in this build already.
