What did they say they did for the coldstart chatter you mentioned in your first post. The auto tensioner would not do that since it is pretty much locked in till the next step and is only going there after a lot of wear.
It still has those two heavy springs that actually give it the appearance of being too tight. They for sure are not going to let it chatter..

You could buy a tuner such as a Power Vision & read the map (NOT flash the ECM as to void the warranty). Have someone here send you their stock map and compare the two. If they don't match you have your evidence. Worst case flash the new stock flash to your bike... shouldn't be any warranty issues.

Did you give the dealer your screaming eagle tuner? Just wondering cause if they didnt have it then it doesnt seem like the tune could have been messed with since they no longer do the "dealer download" on 2017+ bikes.
