I do not know the exact answer, But an adding a 1.75 riser kit (not new bars) to my 2018 Road King and was told would not need any extensions.... When I do it, I will give a better response here. Good Luck, CSM-H
I just added 12in Hell Bent apes to my 2018 Slim and needed to replace the lines. Im sure they needed to add wire extensions as well but not sure
seems like everything I touched on my slim was apain and had to change all kinds of stuff to anything,spent a couple grand and could make the slim fit me

I put on Wild ones 502 12.5" apes with 12" pullback for my T-Rex arms. Juice cables will reach took the Brake cable out of the block. Wires were tight so I used wire kit #69200034. The kit was plug and play, no splicing and all wires were same color code. Can bus makes it a lot easier for internal wiring (smaller size connectors).
