So what changes have you made since original tune?
Still running the S&S 540?
Still same exhaust?
Plan to have my SE128" dyno tuned away from the SE tune soon, and then will go back next year with probably the Andrews 554 cam as you can see back in the dyno graphs.
Trying to remember, was yours not a SE128 with a 475 before? Or different 128 kit?
I had the same S&S 128 with 475 when first purchased. I added the SE Extreme ported manifold, S&S 540, FM 6.3 injectors (had SE 5.5) and better lifters. This recent tune everything was the same, except I swapped out the SE extreme ventilator air cleaner for a Tman No Loss. I did a not expect any gains as the SE supposedly can support 170hp. I did this because I just like the Tman air cleaner.
I like what is have seen of the 554, but my springs are only rated for .540 lift, so ruled them out. Almost went with Tman 2652 - almost same specs as 554 with less lift.

I have read through a bunch of this info on the M8 forum as well as the twin cam. When I built the twin cam 110CI, I studied dyno tuners for a long time. All the parts and pieces are from Hillside and I knew it would be broken in on the dyno. Scott recommended Ed at Dyno difference and I think he did a good job. My problem with going back there is his setup. The Dyno is in a trailer that is inside the building. It was not easy to get my Dyna on the wheel because of the steep angle of the ramps, not to mention the (about to fall off) 2x6 boards that you have to balance on while trying to climb up the ramp without spinning the tire.
I just was not impresses with the facility. This Leads me to my next question.
I have changed the exhaust dramatically from when the Dyna was tuned and would like to retune it. I also would like the 114 M8 in my Road King Special tuned when I finish the cam install. I am in East Texas, so I have to travel no mater what. I am looking at this fellow crazy4link at Round Rock Harley and he seems to know what he is doing. I also hear that Jud Cowley is moving to a new facility that will be close to me and will open soon . I know Steve at GMR is also available but he seems a little to arrogant to me. I just want a guy that is a little more laid back
What are your thoughts on these guys?
I have used Ed multiple times for tunes. Other options around Austin are Shamrock Cycles and All Make Cycle Repair in Killeen. I recently had my bike retuned by AMCR - did a nice job and shared a lot of info with me thru the process. These guys race bikes all the time and know how to make power.
Buddy brought his 2018 Breakout down. Turned out pretty healthy!
S&S 128 BB kit with new valve springs, TTS250 cam, substituted .030 head gaskets +.010" base gaskets, Rinehart 2-1, VTP 55-60 manifold, stock 55 throttle body, stock heads. Could use a better exhaust, but it does get along pretty well
