It is an air cooled engine. The oil cooling is just for the exhaust valves and does some cooling of the heads but not that much. If a cool engine operated by a thermostat is what you want, you should buy a Honda or other liquid cooled motorcycle.
what about this ? At idle temp raised up to 332f(167c). When I checked engine head temp by temp gun, front was about 332f(167c) and rear 275f (135c) and FP3 was showing 332f(167c) - front cylinder temp. I have enabled EITMS. How could it be , as I know only rear cylinder has temp sensor ?
At rear cylinder here did you checked temp / pointed temp gun at ? Near temp sensor location ?

In fact the oil does a fair amount of the cooling on all IC engines.
