Default Right side spark plug boots 🙄

I had no idea getting the right side boot off would be so hard. 3 of us and we couldn't get them out. I had to order a boot puller for $10. I wish they had kept the 2 plug system. No pulling off the tank, and so easy to do.

Get a plug wire puller. You risk damaging the cable anyway.

I used a Right Angle pick to get the boots off that were ontop of the cylinder.
How can 3 of you not get a spark plug boot off? I'm really confused.
Did someone glue it in there?

For those shopping, this is the only one I've used that doesn't destroy the boot.

that answers that age old question..
Q: How many people does it take to remove a Harley spark plug boot.
A: at least 4

so basically you'd rather still have a Twin Cam over the vastly superior M8 instead of having to mess with changing spark plugs every 2 years or 30,000 miles?

Never had trouble pulling mine off. The hard part was making sure that those two were seated and plugging them back in.
