Default Anyone had experience with Markel Claims ?
Just wondering if anyone has had experience dealing with Markel Insurance Claims Dept.? I will be speaking with them at the beginning of the week to see about getting my bike repaired. My concern is if the other guys insurance 1st Auto doesn't do me right and Markel has to pay I will come out on the short end of the stick. I don't want to lose my accident free discounts and reduced deductable.Will Markel be good about helping me or will I have to put pressure on the other guys insurance?

I'm interested in what your experience is going to be. I switched to Markel last year, but haven't had to make a claim.

Goldwing rider hit me head on on the dragon, he had Markel. I can't complain about the co.
