2016 Fatboy S
Here are the numbers for this bike (came from this site http://www.blackbookportals.com/bb/p...companyid=MAYO)
The selling price for this bike is now below the finance advance. For those that do not know, here is a blurb that describes "finance advance"
https://www.autoremarketing.com/subp...inance-advance
If you live in my area, as I have said before, if the buyers credit is acceptable to my local Harley Dealership, they will finance the sale of this motorcycle. I am also fairly certain that they will sell you an extended warranty for this bike.
The Auction Wholesale Price above is equivalent to the Standard Presumptive Value (in Texas).
During a private sale, the buyer pays 6.25% of the sales price if the sales price is 80% or more of the Standard Presumptive Value.
Taking sales tax (in Texas) into account, I am willing to sell this bike for the Standard Presumptive Value or $13,395.00.
Buyer will have to pay the sales tax which is going to be .0625*13395 = $837.19.
So total, out the door cost for this bike is 13395+ 837.19 = $14232.19.
Again, the total out the door price is below the "finance advance".

You can ignore what I said about the tax in the previous post.
As a private seller I do not collect the tax. The tax is something the buyer will pay to their state when they(the buyer) registers the bike in their state. If you live in a state where there is no tax, then you are lucky.
What this means is this....
The price of the bike is $13,395.
First change, since I have another motorcycle, I have decided to keep the Power Vision, so that is no longer included in the sale.
Second change, I am reducing the price to $12,500.
Current price $12500
