thinking of getting a weekend place in PA.
can anyone suggest a nice lake community within 45 min of the NJ border that i can look into? or even something in the hills where i can enjoy using an ATV?

Wolf run off 476 & 903. A friend has a place there. Quiet area. No hassles.
There’s another place near there. Indian something? Stay away from there. Houses are cheap. But I think the association is crazy.

I have a house in dingmans ferry for the last 10 years inside a beautiful lake community and all I could tell you is I cannot get enough of riding up there every time I go out of my bike I find something new New roads new everything it is wonderful up there 45 minutes from the New Jersey border your best bet would be lake wallenpaupack the only problem with that is it is kind of expensive up there but you're in the middle of everything myself I am just over the border of New Jersey and I'm about 25 minutes from Hawks Nest about 45 minutes from honesdale Baer Harley Davidson Valenti and plenty of riding ATV riding I literally go out the back of my house and I ride through Delaware State Forest I never got bothered for the last 10 years but if you go over to route 402 there's two ATV parks there that are open to the public the only thing you have to have his insurance and registration you have any other questions feel free to send me a message and I can give you my phone number and you have any questions feel free to call me
