Yes. I don't know exactly what you looking for as far as inspection caveats. Have you brakes in working order, lights working, and tires in decent shape and you should pass.

The only inspection I ever get on my bikes is the 1st one that the dealer does pre-sale. Waste of time & money! Hell, they wrap the inspection sticker around the down-tube of the frame.

They check the lights, brake pads and tire wear. Like previously stated they put the sticker on the fork tube. In Philadelphia if you were to get stopped you could be live stopped. Which means they could impound the bike. Don’t know if that’s ever happened on a bike, many times for autos. It cost about $30 in my area, takes about 10 minutes if that.

New York also impounds for uninspected vehicles, including motorcycles.

Here is a link to Pennsylvania inspection information.https://www.pacode.com/secure/data/0...bchaphtoc.html

Last year I did have to stop for a random inspection outside of Wellsboro. Inspection sticker, registration card, insurance, drivers lic with M endorsement. Have a nice day.

There are alot of people and bikes in Pa. that are not in compliance. I havent seen to much information in regards to noise, as far as a decibel reading, they were citing people in New Hope for noise a few years back.

I have been stopped once specifically to see if the bike was inspected. And it was in a light rain storm.

On the off chance I have been pulled over they have always looked for my inspection sticker.

As said, the sticker is normally on the down tube. I have an inspection place for one on my Heritage and that is ok as long as the place cannot be removed without destroying the sticker (so I'm told)

I'd say there's a 1 in 10000000000 chance you get your bike impounded for not being inspected.

Unless you're riding down the road without tires, it's not getting impounded.

It's $30-50 and they mainly check lights, tires, fenders and chain guards.
