I find Gengras HD in East Hartford to be a top notch dealership. I bought my bike from Bridgeport HD because they had the lowest price and took my non-HD in for a trade sight unseen for more than it was worth in Kellys Blue Book.
I like most of the dealerships in Ct, but would use only a couple for service.
Higganum,CT here.
I agree w/Monkyman, Bought my bike from Bridgeport HD also...closest place to rent one before I bought. Also saved $1000 on best price compared to Gengras. Gengras has an excellent parts dept! Almost everything in stock...even aftermarket stuff. Bridgport HD falls way behind in the parts department.
I know it's a bit late for this thread but I'll post anyway. I'm in Brookfield, CT next to Danbury on Rt 7. Bikes go by the house almost everyday on their way to Kent and beyond. Anybody coming this way let me know. Look forward to meeting more good folk.
