I have a 2015 Ultra Classic and did my 5000 mile service. I changed my crankcase to Mobil 1 full synthetic, RedLine for transmission and RedLine for primary. I have gone 200 miles and I must say "WHAT A TOTAL WAIST OF MONEY". Transmission is still loud as ever and did not notice any difference in locating neutral. Clunk, Clunk, Clunk. Everyone praised this stuff as being the answer to all our shifting problems. Very disappointing.
I've been using Redline Shock Proof for 34k miles & noticed a difference. I didn't like the Redline for my primary. Clutch was slipping & went back to HD Formula+ & never had another problem. One just never knows. LOL

http://www.redlineoil.com/news_article.aspx?id=49 Also, note that it's the Heavy ShockProof/V-Twin viscosity (90W) that you want to run—we haven’t see the same level of benefits from going to our 80W Motorcycle Gear Oil with ShockProofŽ, Lightweight, or Superlight examples.
Did you also adjust the clutch and the primary chain?
The noise is probably coming from the engine now that you have Mobil 1 oil in it!!

I run redline in all three holes.
The tranny oil does quiet things, but not the clunk, I have not found any oil to stop that. as for the primary, what oil was in there before and did you drain 45 oz out. as for Mobile 1 I recycled 4 litres after 100 km as it foamed up so bad the top end sounded like raw metal, never gave it a second chance
you can reduce the clunking noise by adjusting the clutch correctly and try holding the lever in for about thirdy seconds before dropping into gear. all i ever hear is a click going into gear.
