I dont have the study offhand, and can't google at work, the bulk of engine wear is caused by contaminants smaller than oil filter captures, mainly cylinders and valve train.

It's a simple thing to minimize engine wear, so why wouldn't you?
So... if I warm the engine up, they won't stick. But if I let the engine cool, they'll climb back up and won't drain out.

The only advantage to chaining the oil hot is that it will drain faster. That's it.

Not true at all.
any oil that’s in the base of the engine or in nooks and crannies (top end, cylinder walls, and oil passages) are all trapped. Basically if its not a straight shot out of the bag, its staying in the bike.
And as mentioned numerous times, thin hot oil will also have any nasty contaminants suspended and come out with it.
There is no reason to rely on gravity when a few minutes of running will get it warm and do a way more efficient job. Literally the time it took me to type this crap.

Honestly, it’s freaking 2023 these questions where all proven over 100 years ago.

What is this, a Model T era forum? Anyone in the engine biz for any length of time understands this.

What's with the troll?

Well since you asked, I always drain my oil when hot. However, the filter was cold when I cut it open.

The real question here is....What brand oil drains best! Now, GO!
