you need it on the lift and balance it on a center scissor - turn the machine to one side so you can drop the tire out the bottom off the side of the lift

we don't have the new lifts with the removable rear panel -- kids and new toys

Very representative of the style of the time, bit pricey, but they are worth what someone is willing to pay.
The providence may be worth the money, who knows.
