with the little spits of oil coming out that makes sense. Where does to connect on the primary?
Are you running the cast aluminum inner primary? If yes, there is a similar looking nipple on the back side of the primary a little behind where it bolts to the engine case but in front of the primary chain adjuster. If isn't that easy to see so you may need to use a mirror.

Yep I believe that is the case I have. I can no doubt see the nipple on the inside but I see absolutely nothing on the outside back. Used a mirror and didn't see anything. Any suggestions?

It's possible the nipple on the outside could be broken off flush with the primary. The nipple can be replaced, but the inner primary has to come off to do that as it goes in from the back side.
Did you place the mirror above the primary just above where the nipple on the inside. And, you will likely need to use a light to be able to see much. It's fairly close quarters and the shift rod goes by there too. Might also try to use your cell phone to take a few pictured from above, finding the just right angle that gives a view. But if it is broken off, you will need to remove the inner primary.

well i found it. It is tucked into a really tight spot. Any recommendations on how to connect the tube? I really dont want to remove the inner primary.
I've had decent luck with a pair of hemostats to hold the line while working it on the nipple. That and lots of patience. But I realize it's no easy task considering how much access you don't have.
