rebuilding my 1962 panhead
let me start by saying im not the best at rebuilding motors so i guess i need someone to rebuild my 62 i need the motor and trans totaly rebuilt im on the east coast (nj) if anyone knows a good shop plaese let me know

jailpro...stay away from dealers. There are as useless as **** on a boar when it comes to amything as old as pans. Seems anything about 10 + years is planned obsolescence. There may be an exception but it is not the rule. I live on the west coast in northern Kalif. There are only two shops (both not factory endorsed) that rebuild pans. I go to the HD shops for my 60 weight oil and still get some pimply-faced kid who looks at me like I just stepped off the planet Mars. F**k 'em, if it wasn't for us they would not be here today.
