Clutch Basket Assembly
Good Morning.
2008 Dyna Super Glide
I need to replace the starter ring gear. The bike is stage 4 103, or so I am told I bought it how it is. When I bought it I replaced the Starter and put in a lithium Battery. Well over the course of about 1000 miles now every time I start it there is a grinding noise. So I took off the Primary Cover and found some of the teeth on the starter ring gear or severally worn. Should i just replace it with a stock gear and if so How do I do that cause it appears to be press fit. or should I just upgrade the whole assembly. the only complete assembly I could find was an evolution industries. Just trying to gather some info before I do this.
