We were on and off hwy 7 this trip but last year the wife and I took the camper down to Crater of Diamonds State Park and we took Scenic Byway 7 all the way up till we got off to go to Eureka Springs. Great road and very scenic. You won't be disappointed. That trip is what led me to do this one.

No...but you would not be far from the Telimena (sp) route which has a highly recommended loop that part of goes into OK. Look it up at the website I previously mentioned.

My pics don't do it justice. Very hard to take pics while on the bike! lol Several of the loops and roads we took you have to pay attention. You can't just stop and take pictures. There were several overlooks that we passed as we were pressed for time and were just enjoying the hell out of the ride. Hot Springs itself is nice but the city itself grew up around the springs and is very privatized. If you go looking for a public pool to hang out in you won't. At least we didn't. Someone more familiar may have more information.
