OK now they are working. That looks like a great trip. Not much I can offer, you are hitting all the right places. One suggestion, one your way south in Idaho, at Salmon stay on 93, then hang a right on 75, Ketchum is a cool little town to stop for the night, have dinner at the Pioneer, Buffalo steak is all I am going to say.
Next day(or same day) head back East on 26 and stop at Crates of the Moon NP. An actual lava field in Idaho, great stop in an unknown but amazing NP. Good luck and enjoy.
You are so close yet so far........from the map it looks like you are missing some fantastic roads....unless you are giving us a high level view..
From Ranchester take the Soshone forrest west to Red Lodge...Red Lodge west through the North Yellowstone entrance ( beartooth Highway ) then towards Helena and Glacier Park....then south again....I personally would not get to the east side of Glacier via Great Falls I would take 89 to Kalispel then Route 2 east to the St Mary's entrance going west bound on the Sun Highway ...nice forrest ride... i could draw you a map for a better ride....just north of Kalispell there's a ski resort nice ride to the top to see the whole valley.....nice ride with a nice cool bar on top....
Okay, thanks for the input but I'm confused..did not the routes show up on the maps for you all?
I will be taking Chief Joseph Skyway out of Cody (google wouldn't let me go up it at this time) and then Beartooth east into Red Lodge. Stay the night then ride Beartooth west across top of Yellowstone and over to Virginia City for the night. Then up next day and up 287 and 89 into St Mary. I am not going to Great Falls..And, when we're in Missoula will be going to Clinton for the Testy Fest..
Will look at going to Ketchum vs West Yellowstone for the night, but would miss Yellowstone as next day would have to be in Jackson..PIA trying to get hotel reservations in certain areas that time of year..And, it looks like all hotels in Ketchum are like $200 plus a night for a room during August timeframe??
All the stops on both maps are where we're staying for the night, except for Santa Fe and Madrid (no hotels in Madrid)
Is the Blue highlighted route not showing up on the Google links?
My route doesn't have me going thru Ranchester . I have done 14/14A thru BigHorn into Greybull and Lovell in 2015 and want to go a different route this time..

On the second leg of your trip, unless you've already been to Carlsbad Caverns I'd suggest that you consider taking a little detour and spending at least one night these and taking the cavern tour.
