Scored some tix to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green .
Thinking we'll ride up Memorial Day weekend . We've never
been there . Any good places to eat or things to see ?
There are a couple of places in Bowling Green we go to regularly when we ride there from Clarksville. One is in Bowling Green and is at the SW corner of I-65 and US-231 - and I believe it is called Cluckers. Good chicken and ice cold beer. It is essential diagonally across I-65 from Harley-Davidson of Bowling Green. Our FAVORITE place to eat is about 25 miles from Bowling Green in Glasgow, KY and is called Rib Lickers. Hands down, it is the best BBQ I've ever had including in Kansas City and Memphis. It's worth the drive if you have the time.

I understand the tours at the Corvette factory will stop here in the next week or so for retooling to mid engine Vette. Check dates if your thinking about this.
Cumberland Falls is a couple of hours south of Bowling Green. I second the suggestion of Mammoth Cave. Of course you can drool over the $$ vettes in the museum. Don't know if they run factory tours on the weekends but worth the time. If you're a gear head the Holly factory tour isn't too bad.
