When I create a ride in the HD ride planner, to a 2020 GTS HD radio, the route gets changed. I have search all over for setting to fix after I read this in the manual;
RIDE PLANNER AND THE H-D APP ARE FOR DOMESTIC VEHICLE USE ONLY. When using GPX files, after being imported onto the GTS radio unit via USB or Mobile App, the Alternate Routes needs to be set to OFF. This will make the GPX Route accurate to design on the Ride Planner website or H-D App.
I am assuming that the Alternate Routes needs to be turned off tho fix, but I do not know how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Note that I am riding a 2020 Road glide limited with the new radio.
I know just messing around. But I did make a post on 3/17 boom Box Help on 2019 and SKRAKH posted a link to the manual. Don't know how to send it to you but maybe you could look up the post and downloaded.

Thank you. I have the manual. My issue was that I could not find the info in the manual as too where to change a particular setting.
Thanks to all for the replies and help. I found the setting thanks to CoolBreeze3646 and it was already set to off. As soon as we get some deceit weather, I will do more experimenting. But, I think it is a waypoint issue and will need to be sure to include as many waypoints as possible. I wish Harley would fix this. I rode thousands of miles using my Garmin and it was flawless 98% of the time. Route completed in Basecamp and imported into the Zumo. Multi day trips, including an 18 day, 5600 mile adventure, No problem for Garmin. I do not want to install a Garmin on the new bike, but it appears that this will be the only solution.
I have planned a trip on the ride planner APP passing through different cities.
I saved the ride with a name. On both the APP and the PC it shows nice.
When I import the ride into the Boom Box GTS (either via the APP or via the USB pen), instead of saving the single ride with a single name it saves different pieces of the ride making it very difficult to manage.

What am I wrong?
Please check this thread as there many good suggestions, which may solve your problem.
I discovered that if I design a ride without any waypoint in the middle the ride is taken as a single element and integrally loaded into the BOOM GTX. If I introduce some deviations/waypoints in the middle of the created ride the outcome loaded into the BOOM GTS is a sequence of segments, instead of a single ride. How can I avoid this?
