POIs ...and yes, I've been to all of them.

Evel Knievel Museum - Topeka, KS
HD Museum at Historic Harley Davidson - Topeka, KS
Buffalo Bill Center of the West - Cody, WY
Barbers Motorsports Museum - Birmingham, AL
Gettysburg National Military Park - Gettysburg, PA
Valley Forge National Historic Park - King of Prussia, PA
Submarine Force Museum - USS Nautilus - Groton, CT
National Corvette Museum and plant tours - Bowling Green, KY
Golden Gate and Marin Headlands - San Fran, CA
Golden Gate Park - San Fran, CA
Coors Brewery - Golden, CO
Gateway Arch - St Louis, MO
Budweiser Brewery - St Louis, MO
Forest Park - St Louis, MO
VLA - Magdalena, NM
Meteor Crater - Winslow, AZ
Petrified Forest National Park - Holbrook, AZ
Perrine Memorial Bridge - Twin Falls, ID
Shoshone Falls - Twin Falls, ID
Evel Knievel Snake River jump site - Twin Falls, ID
- about a mile east of the Perrine Bridge - you can see it but can't get there - private land. Not much to see - a pile of dirt and rocks and some concrete but historically significant at least to bike riders. You can see it on Google street view.

That would not be fitting for "this here thread" but maybe still here in this forum someplace.

I will go to work on this..........be back asap.

Edit: In the "sticky" (upper section here) there is a GEAR thread. You can pop what u like in there. Gear to bring etc...

Even tho there are sticky's, there are threads in some sticky areas that are interactive. It is just stuck (sticky) to the upper part since it is of such interest.

THANKS tho man!!!

Thanks for the pics FXD! I've been there three times - across NV on US50, I-70, Moab, Arches, Monument Valley; Twin Falls, ID, Salt Lake area, Vernal, then into CO; Ely, NV, US50, I-70, south to Torrey, Capital Reef, US12, Bryce, Kanab, then into AZ. Love it!

Plan on going back next year in the Corvette with the wife. She hasn't been to UT.
