Just re-booked the vacation rental near Mt. Ranier NP that I canceled last year because of Covid. The worthless travel insurance I bought wouldn't reimburse my 50% deposit because it was not technically a "quarantine" where I live, just a "shelter in place" order. Whatever. At least the rental company gave me a voucher for my deposit so I was able to apply it to this year's trip.
I'm in the planning stages now, but I've got my basic route down:
It's about 1,000 miles not counting the day trips while we're in the Mt. Rainier area, something to look forward to this winter. I'll be using Butler Maps to plan the day trips.

This year we did one week in Arkansas (July) and another week on Skyline Drive/Blue Ridge Parkway and surrounding area (October). I want to do a write up on both trips. Probably will during our two weeks of winter here in TN.
Going to the Sturgis Rally for the first time 2021. Have cabins reserved in Sundance and Keystone. Doesn't matter how the experence pans out, just being able to say I did it is what it's all about
This season was pretty much a bust for me as most all of my riding was very local with the exception of an annual get-together that I've been doing with my cousins mid-way between Mi and TN and that was done very late in the season due to the Chinese Wuhan Virus.
This year, my riding partner (who just moved to TN) joined us for the two day ride.
For the coming year (2021) we'll have to play it by ear and see how these idiotic restrictions and lockdowns may effect our plans.
My wife wants to go back to the southwest, my riding partner wants to go back to Montana and my cousin is pretty much open to anywhere.
I've always wanted to go back to the NW and take a couple of weeks touring WA, OR and ID but with the limitations of not being allowed to carry, combined with all of the crazy socialist BS that they have going
on, I'll go with whatever the gang wants to do.
My riding partner wants to go to FL this winter but that would require me buying another enclosed trailer that I'm not sure that I want to do.
Combined with the restrictions and a couple of medical concerns that I have, I think I'll sit things out at least until the weather breaks this spring and then go from there.
I'd like to go south and visit some relatives (we have some new additions coming soon) but I don't want to accidentally take anything to them nor bring anything home
for me and my wife so it looks like I'll be staying out until the virus calms down or the vaccinations become a reality.

If you just spend your time in Idaho you can carry.
Open or concealed, either is fine.
We're a Constitutional carry state.
