Doing 2 trips a week a part. Wondering if it makes sense to drive all the back to FL to go back up or leave the bike around Denver and fly home for the week. Would need to be secure, but easily accessible from the Denver airport. Any suggestions?
I've always thought about storing my bike to extend my range. Not sure about Denver, but most dealers around here will provide winter storage for a fee. I would suspect they would have lots of room during the riding season. And I would bet they would make a deal if you had the bike serviced at the same time. Other than that my plan is to just find a good reputable storage facility. Google Maps shows a few close to the Denver International Airport.
Mile High Harley has a store not too far from the airport. Right at the I-70/I-225 interchange which is pretty much on anyone's way out of the airport.
"Been there, done that" multiple times. NVR had an issue with a local HD to hold onto her. Even does oil changes, tires, or whatever it needs while I am gone. Or nothing at all and they just store it. Again for free.
Hard to beat that mate.
In Ft. Collins I left it at a friends house but he since moved to FL.

My wife has flights into Rapid City, so I looked there. We are flying in on Monday and the dealership is closed. I sent them an email to check anyway.

I have sent a request to them about storage. Thanks!

Well done mate. I think Elgin AFB is in the area. If you have access to it, you may be able to leave it there. They have an area for traveling Military. You may HAVE to be their branch of the military but in the past you did NOT.
Also for traveling retired VETs, about 10 yrs ago or so, they have been clamping down on that program. Sadly.
If this is a possibility for you my friend, then great. Worth a shot I figure. (I'm try'n for yeah.)
