Alaska - Going Solo.
One time, I guy in Montana I think said I was far from home. I thought for a moment my friend mnbnd, and said that I see all of the USA and CA as my backyard. NVR really thought I was far from home.
I guess it is all relative.

It'll take on the road less traveled and through some fantastic (and and not so fantastic) scenery with plenty of twisties along the way.
I believe you can catch a ferry to Ketchikan someplace along the Al-Can south of Destruction Bay.
Good ride to you and have a freaking blast. Life is too short. I always say, Next thing you know, you’ll wake up dead so do it.

I heard something about ferrying early BEFORE the Yukon area. Funi thing tho..... I feel like I am cheating myself outta the GREAT ride up and around into AK. LOL! I know, it may sound a bit dumb.
South of Destruction Bay still seems too far inland into the SW part of the Yukon. BUT, it is worthy at least looking at. GOOD point....ty for that.
Regarding your FL map..........1stly CONGRATs on a Hoka Hey...GEEPERS! I do some **** like IBA but the Hoka Hey, honestly is too much for me. Sleeping outside by my bike? I use a CPAP. LOL! Geepers man!
'n when leaving FL since I live here, it is a straight shot OUT! Aaaah, with a stop at Paul Gantz BBQ in Port St Joe.
