rode the dragon last year during my ride from florida to sturgis. stayed at the two wheel inn outside robinsville. any road in that area is a good ride.
watch out for ricers, cars, wildlife and leos. do the speed limit, ride within your capabilities and take your time. above all have fun.

Best to ride the Dragon early on a weekday. Fewer loonies to deal with. Cherohala Skyway is a better ride. 441 from Cherokee to Gatlinburg has some awesome views but traffic can be a biotch. 28,209,226A the list goes on and on. Just got back from camping at the Kickstand Lodge,had a great time there. Mo is a real hoot.
