Default Milwaukee hotels
Hello, we are heading to Milwaukee this weekend and are looking for a reasonable priced good hotel close to downtown. Any info would be appreciated

If all you need is a place to sleep and cleanup, there are several Super 8's in the Milwaukee area. They are pretty resaonable. Nothing fancy, continental breakfast, clean rooms. Stay is West Allis last month, nice room, secure, no complaints.

Group I was with didn't want to spend much so we stayed at the econo lodge close to the airport. It wasn't bad for $50 a night. The bed was clean and that's all I needed.

Only complaint is rode construction going in so had to watch the gravel.
This was just last week.

There is a Ramada just north of the museum.

Super 8 at the airport is very clean and nice. Reasonably priced. Just returned from there. 6 miles from museum.

Just got back and stayed at the Intercontinental downtown. Nice place...but no doubt more $$$ than Super 8.

Hey Man we are going mid Aug. too bad We could ride up togather, you will be going right by my house on 61 just south of Palmyra by the road side park. Anywho glad you popped this ? cuz we will be looking for place to stay as well.. There are plenty of rooms as I looked on net man, you will pass thru palmyra there is a truckstop there on right mitght see ya when you come thru as we hang out there alot.. If not god luck and let me know how yur trip went..

For the full Milwaukee experience stay at the Iron Horse hotel. Blocks from the museum. Or, if you don't stay there, at least go there for some food or drinks.

Cool man, Will book a room there, would rather pay the xtra money and stay somehwere cool then a slum, BTW does harey give plant ture? and can you give us some cool things to do and see, I'm comming middle august..
