I'm also calling BS on your I90 pic. If you were really on I90 you would be leaning at a 45 degree angle to compensate for the wind.
Ha Ha! We did get some wind but not as bad as some have mentioned on the forum. We traveled about 3,600 miles and aside from the unusually high temps, I can't complain about the weather. And aside from burning up yet another rear brake light switch (2nd one for this bike), no serious mechanical problems either. I got some good footage on my GoPro camera while on this trip. As soon as I figure out how to edit, I'll post some video so you guys can call some more BS on me.
Great pics, the black hills are my favorite place. When we were out there last year we were trying to figure out why I90 in South Dakota was unique to all the other interstates and it dawned on us that it was clean, no tire remnents, trash etc. I agree the Badlands are hard to describe but they are one pretty site.
Nice pics. Just got back from there a couple of weeks ago as well. My favorite was Needles Highway.
Also, just went past Wooster where you live on our way to Mansfield State Reformatory for a tour of the old prison. Have you ever eaten at Uncle Johns in downtown Mansfield? Best burger I ever had. Topped with shaved ribeye and grilled hot peppers and onions, damn good.

Hope you stopped in to Hale's H-D for a "Room with a View" shirt (reference to the Reformatory). No, we haven't eaten at Uncle Johns but will definitely put it on our list of places to go. Thanks!
