Road Trip

After a California Coast road trip that was 795 miles (round trip Irvine to Carmel) with my wife for our anniversary, we made it back home around 11:30pm last night. We panned on visiting Hearst Castle, but didn't because I got carried away with the ride. The coast got more beautiful around every turn, so i couldn't decide on a spot to turn around and head back to San Simeon. I've lived in California all my life but have never appreciated it's beauty. Now that I've done this ride, I will start planning my next big ride. A United States West Coast ride (Orange County to the Canadian Border).

Great ride brother. After looking at the pics I'm surprised you didn't head for the border. I would have. It really would have been impossible to find a place to turn around.
