What can I expect in sound dB and exhaust flow restriction between a HD stock muffler and your 1.5 baffles?
thanks

We did some testing on a 2007 Ultra Classic. I am providing some numbers but please keep in mind I can not guarantee you will see the same results. There are many variables when testing, when outside of a controlled environment, that can change the results.
Stock 93.0 db
w/ 1.50" Rush Slip on muffler 93.8
Our 1.50" baffle also has 30% better flow then stock.
The difference between the 1.50" and 2.00" is night and day, the 2.00" is much more agressive and one can expect about 4 db over the 1.50" baffle.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks,
Ryan
I can only say this, wish I would have bought a set for my 07 FLHX when it was new!
You guys manufacture and sell a great muffler with its interchangable baffles.
