Default header by rush

i just got a very good lesson on headers from one of your vendors.
he told me on a Trike header the pipe makes a 90 degree bend and
actually gets smaller in one spot on a STOCK headpipe system.
On OTHER aftermaket headers they use this stock intermediate
90 degree pipe. The vendor said yours does not.
Could you please post a picture of your headpipe ?
Or I will PM you with my email to send a pic.
I want to reduce the heat on my Wife's trike and already have
one of the OTHER aftermarket headers and just may take it off
it I like your product.
Thanks ....
Rob ....

Hi Rob, here is some info on our Trike products...
The trike true duals are very similar to our touring true duals. There are no areas with restricitions; it is a 1.75" dia pipe with inside/out ceramic coating on the head pipe and chrome or black powder coated heat shields.
Chrome part number: 7017TR
Black part number: 7117TR

These head pipes will work with our touring slip-on mufflers including the Big Louie.

Here is an image of the 7017TR True Duals.

We offer the "Ride on Us" policy for all of our head pipes and full systems.

Hi Ryan,
hmmm .... actually not the info I was looking for.
I already seen that much info already.
What you guys are showing is doing a DIS-SERVICE to yourself's
What you should be informing everyone about the BIG advantage of your
header is UNDERNEATH where it crosses over !
I had another trike owner send me pictures of your header installed on
his trike and it shows that you guys DO NOT use the stock cross over,
it is located UNDER the bike. The stock one narrows down rediculiously
small like almost rectangular where as YOURS stays the SAME diameter
as the header pipe. I will post the pictures later tonight.
Also BTW .... I bought the Rush slash cut down mufflers for my Wife's trike
with the 1.75" baffles. So easy to install, about a half hour total. Sounds
nice and quiet while idiling and when just rolling along. It get louder but
no where near obnoxious when you as they say "get on it". Definatly has
quicker pickup also ! I will post a link to the video also later.
Rob .....
